Friends some people suffer from bad breath and people tend to get away from them but if them things are done in right way than the problem of bad breath can be solved easily. The followings things can be done to prevent bad breath
1.Well balanced diet- People suffering from bad breath should take care of their diet. They should eat fresh vegetables and fruit and avoid more consumption of onion , meat etc.
2.Drinking lot of water- People with bad breath should try to drink a lot of water and fresh juices.
3.Use mouthwash- People with bad breath should use mouth wash recommended by their doctor or dentist.
4.People with bad breath should clean mouth after eating milk products, choclates or any type of meat.
5.People with bad breath should visit their dentist regularly
6- Using tongue cleaner to clean the tongue
These are some of the ways by which one can prevent bad breath.
