Tips for loosing your weight
1. Eat chappati and vegitable only but not more than 4 chappati.
2. Go to morning walk and take at least one hour for walking fast.
3. Go to night walk after taking dinner.
4. Do some reading work daily try to solve mathematical problems daily.
5. Keep fast on Sunday.
6. Take fruits instead of food some times in week.
7. Do not take any harmonic medicine.
8. Do yoga if possible after morning walk.
9. Do not take more rest and do not more sleep.
10. Make yourself active all the time.
do this for 1 year you will see effect.
