We start our morning with a cup of coffee. We want the rice or bread or anything which we eat should be in white in color. Fried curries and gravy curries are must in our meals. But now if a person reaches at the age of 40 then for every 6 months they are having all kinds of checkups and taking care according to the health and suggestions given by doctor. Now 2 more new positions are been included in hospitals that are nutritionist and dietitians. Now people are thinking that instead of having medicines after getting health problems, it’s better to take precautions for not suffering from health problems. So in our India the percentage of health problems have been reducing day by day. At present health associations are spending 2, 50,000 crore rupees, the estimation by 2020 it will reach 12, 70,000 crore rupees.
According to the increment of salaries, different kinds of health insurance policies have been come into existence. Now following allopathic with ayurvedam taking traditional treatments have been increased. Whatever process or method we follow ,but “Health is wealth” has been taken serious as a truth.
