No doubt, Health is Wealth. When we are healthy we think positively, we look good and we are admired by everybody. Good health is being physically and mentally fit. Being healthy doesn’t mean that we have to be physically fit only. It means that we have to be mentally fit too. Without good health we cannot be successful. Following a routine life, exercising regularly, consuming proteins, avoiding carbohydrates, resting our brain, avoiding stress, visiting a doctor, avoiding oily food, spending time with the positive people etc are some of the secrets of healthy living. It is important to live a routine life for a healthy living. By waking up on time and by attending ablutions on time we can not only live a routine life but we can bring discipline in our lives too. Balanced diet is also necessary for a healthy living. Balanced diet includes cereals, vegetables, milk, fruits, red meat etc. A rich protein diet is important too and cannot be ignored for a healthy living. Proteins gives us energy and keeps us energetic all day long. Exercises keeps us fit, burns our calories and makes us look good. A walk in the morning and in the evening is also a must for a healthy living. Our body is regulated by our brain and it is important for us to give a good rest to our brain as well. We can give a good rest to our brain by sleeping for at least 8 hours on daily basis or by getting ourselves involved in any activity that relaxes our brain. Watching movies, television shows, reading books, playing outdoor and indoor games etc are some of the activities which we can get our selves involved into for relaxation. Healthy living comes from our surroundings and from the people we interact with too. Therefore, it is important for all of us to spend time with the people who think positively. Lastly, Meditation and Yoga also helps us in living a healthy life. Meditation relaxes our brain, increases our mental ability and prepares us to handle stress. Similarly, Yoga improves our personality, keeps us away from the diseases and stress.
