Want to burn more calories and want to be fit? Look no further than your dog………

  Yah its true, now a day’s many of us are spending lots of money & also time to maintain proper

Fitness by means of going to hi-fi gyms & aerobic classes now time has come to realize that fitness will come in easy & fun learning way. The point is that dogs make exercise more fun and give companionship & motivation as well.

A study has been conducted at Wellness institute of northwestern Memorial Hospital, Chicago, they put 36 overweight people with oversized pets and 56 overweight non-pet owners on a diet.

They were given meal plans, pedometers and tips for exercising and cutting calories.

Both groups lost weight, but dog owners enjoyed the program with fun & energetic and more likely to stick with it. Plus, their pets lost of 16% of their body weight as well.

Why were the pet owners so successful? For one thing, it was fun. That’s because it felt natural, It’s playing—not consciously working out. And while you may go off diet during stressful times

Your dog still need to be walked, so you do it.

Time has changed the statement “we have to follow our dogs to shed our weights” Instead of “where ever we go our dog will follows”.

You don’t have buy a dog to drop kilos, but if you already have one, its time you took an advantage!
