Now a days when we go out, we feel so sultry and sweating then due to this sweating smell occurs . this leads us to be uncomfortable. So avoid such problems, we need to take some precautions from house itself.
So let us know the precaution and how to keep ourselves fresh all the time:
1. Use antibacteria soap for bathing.
2. Though it is summer , try to take bath with warm water only.
3. Add Rose petal and lime leaves in the water which we take bath, so that those keep our body fresh.
4. If we add cooking soda in the water which we about to take bath, then there will be no much sweating.
5. In a mug of water, if we add venigar and wash hands and shoulder then we can control the sweating smell.
6. If baby powder is available then try to apply that immediately after taking bath.This powder has a character of absorbing the sweat.
7. Some people use perfumes to avoid the sweating smell, but due to these perfumes the sweating pores gets closed and causes skin problems.
So its better to avoid using them.
8. In a bucket of water , if you add tea try oil few drops and take bath with that water then your body will be fresh whole day with a good smell.
9.By adding camfour and pudina in the water which we are about to take bath then it will give relaxment to our body and controls sweating also.
10.Camfour help to avoid skin problems.
11. If we add one spoons of venigar and one lemon juice in to the water which we are going to take bath. this gives us freshness to our body.
12. Try to take coffee and tea very less or else they lead to dehydration.
13. Try to have fruit juices and water as much as you can.
14. Try to avoid eating masalas in daily food.
15. Try to have grapes daily.
16. To avoid heavy sweating. try have tomato juice for 10days. so that the sweating problem can be avoided for extreme extent.
17. some times due to stress and tiredness we sweat heavyly. But if the sweating is more heavy then its better to concern the expert.
