Now a days many spend  time in front of the systems and laptops for hours for the professional purpose. Eyes are strained due to stress. Eye strain brings pain  in the ocular area due to stress and special care should be taken to avoid serious problems, and few tips are mentioned below

1. Maintain a distance while watching television

2. Suplements of vitamin A helps the person to over come the ocular problems

3. Starring at the sun rays in the morning before 7 a.m cures the ocular problems to some extent

4. Sufficient sleep is required

5. Doing some eye exercise helps a person in relieving eyr problems to some extent

6. Wear sun glasses when exposed to sun rays

7. While operating on system take a break in between.

8. Place cucumber slices or banana skin on eyes to relieve stress
