I have learnt and experienced that most of the aches and pains caused in the body are psychosomatic and are propelled by the mind. I firmly believe that , you are what you think you are and eat what you are.
I therefore always maintain a feeling of let go and try and maintain my equipoise and balance of mind by creating my own mental world wherever I go.
I dont let situations and circumstances in the outside world affect me much as, I have no control over them but only the way I act to them is within my control. This, I balance with a good diet, a 45 minute walk daily, lots of water and a good amount of sleep alongwith a healthy relation with my spouse and child, which helps me copu up life's myriad problems and challenges and also helps me stay focussed and concentrated.
So eat right to fight stress.
