Ingredients:
1/3 cup sugar
1 egg, separated
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
1 cup maida flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup chopped pistachio nuts
1/2 cup orange marmalade
1/2 cup softened butter
Method:
1. First take the Cream butter, beat in sugar and then add egg yolks, vanilla and almond extract.
2. Now sift the flour with salt and add butter to the mixture.
3. Make around 35-40 small balls, using about 1/2 tablespoon of dough for each.
4. Now dip it in slightly beaten egg white and then roll lightly in nuts.
5. Put on buttered cookie sheets and With the help of finger make depression in center of each cookie.
6. Allow it to Bake in 300 degree oven for about 30 minutes.
