Ingredients:
Cooked chicken 2 cups
Dried cherries 1/2 cup
green onions 3(sliced)
Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
Plain yogurt 1/4 cup
Lemon juice 1tbsp
Black pepper to taste
Lettuce leaves
Fresh parsley
2 to 4 croissants
Method:
step1 Combine the chicken, cherries and onions in a large bowl and mix well.
step2 Take another bowl, now combine mayonnaise, yogurt, lemon juice and pepper.
step3 Now add the chicken in the bowl and mix well.
step4 Now Refrigerate it with covering the bowl for about 1 hour.
step5 Spoon chicken salad onto sliced croissants, top with lettuce.
step6 Garnish with parsley for extra flavour.
