Ingredients :-
- 2 cups of Matki sprouts (soaked)
- Potato ... 1
- Chopped onions ... 1 1/2
- Chopped tomatoes ... 1 1/2
- Chilli powder ... 1/2 teaspoon
- Turmeric ... 1/2 teaspoon
- Garam masala ... 1 teaspoon
- Cilantro chopped ... 3 teaspoon
- Chopped green chillies .. 2
- Oil .. 3 tablespoons
- Jeera
- Salt to taste
Method of preparation :-
- Heat oil in a wok.
- Add jeera and green chillies, chopped onions, potatoes and fry it till onions turns little brown.
- Now, Reduce heat on medium , add chilli, turmeric and garam masala and allow it to cook for a minute.
- Add tomatoes, add matki , water and cook in cooker at maximum of 1 whiste of cooker.
- Add cilantro, salt and cook for further few minutes.
- Serve it with hot chapati or rice and yogurt.
