Following is the list of ingredients that are required in preparation of Spaghetti in cream sauce and following is its method of preparation.

Ingredients :-

  • Spaghetti (boiled): 160 grams
  • Fresh cream : 180 ml
  • Spinach Leaf : 80 grams
  • Olive oil : 1 tablespoon
  • Chopped garlic : 1/2 teaspoon
  • Chopped onion : 1/2 teaspoon
  • Fresh basil : 2 grams
  • Grated parmesan cheese : 25 grams
  • Butter : 1 teaspoon

 

Method of preparation :-

  • Heat saucepan and add olive oil along with chopped garlic and onion.
  • Saute' garlic - onion lightly and then add fresh cream till the mixture becomes thick.
  • Then add boiled spaghetti , mix it in cream.
  • Add trim and washed shredded spinach leaves.
  • Finish with grated parmesan cheese, fresh basil and butter.
  • Add salt as per taste and serve immediately.
  • Garnish with parmesan cheese and sprig of fresh parley (if required to give additional taste).
