Following is the list of ingredients that are required in preparation of Spaghetti in cream sauce and following is its method of preparation.
Ingredients :-
- Spaghetti (boiled): 160 grams
- Fresh cream : 180 ml
- Spinach Leaf : 80 grams
- Olive oil : 1 tablespoon
- Chopped garlic : 1/2 teaspoon
- Chopped onion : 1/2 teaspoon
- Fresh basil : 2 grams
- Grated parmesan cheese : 25 grams
- Butter : 1 teaspoon
Method of preparation :-
- Heat saucepan and add olive oil along with chopped garlic and onion.
- Saute' garlic - onion lightly and then add fresh cream till the mixture becomes thick.
- Then add boiled spaghetti , mix it in cream.
- Add trim and washed shredded spinach leaves.
- Finish with grated parmesan cheese, fresh basil and butter.
- Add salt as per taste and serve immediately.
- Garnish with parmesan cheese and sprig of fresh parley (if required to give additional taste).
