Ingredients:
1)500 gms minced meat(Keema)
2)200 gms peas
3)200 gms finely chopped onions
4)1 cup tomato puree
5)1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
6)2 tbs ginger-garlic paste
7)1 tsp red chilli powder
8)1 tsp garam masala powder
9)2 tbsp curd
10)1 tbsp oil
11)salt and black peppe powder - to taste
Method:
1)In a microwave safe bowl,microwave oil at 100% power for 30 secs
2)Add spices and microwave for 1 min at 100 % power
3)Add onion-ginger-garlic paste and microwave for 3 mins. at 100% power
4)Mix tomato puree and peas and microwave for 5 mins at 100 %
5)Lastly, add minced meat and curd and microwave(covered) for 3 - 4 mins at 80% power Stir in between
6)Allow to stand foe 5 mins.Serve hot with nnan/parantha/chapati
