Dry fruit laddu
Ingredients for Dry fruit laddu :
- dates - 1 cup
- Kaju, badam, Pistha, Kismiss - 1 Cup
- Ghee - 2 table spoons
Preparation of Dry fruits Laddu :
- Remove seeds from dates.
- Then fry all dry fruits in ghee.
- Then add dates in it and in few minutes dates also start melts.
- When the mixture gets thicken then off the flame.
- Now apply ghee to your hands and make the mixture into balls.
- We can add dry coconut chop also.
- Therefore, dry fruit laddu is ready.
Coconut kova laddu
Ingredients for Coconut kova laddu:
- Dry coconut chop - 1/4 kg
- Kova - 150g
- Sugar - 150g
- badam, kaju powder - 1 spoon
Preparation of Coconut Kova Laddu:
- Take 1/2 cup water and add sugar in it.
- Now place this mixture on stove.
- Let them boil until the sugar gets melt.
- Now place another bowl on other side and fry kova and coconut chop finely.
- Then add the sugar syrup which we prepare just now.
- When the mixture gets thicken then add adam, kaju powder.
- Then off the flame.
- When the mixture gets cool a little bit then mold the mixture in to small balls.
- We can even add fried suji also.
- Therefore, Coconut kova laddu is ready.
Ground nut Burfi
Ingredients for Ground nut Burfi :
- Ground nuts - 1/2 Kg
- Elachi powder - little
- sugar - 1/2 Kg
- Kaju - 1/4 Kg
- Ghee - little
Preparation of Ground nut burfi:
- Fry ground nuts in oil and then remove its skin.
- Now make them into rough powder.
- Then make kaju also rough powder.
- Now take water and sugar in a bowl, then make sugar syrup.
- Then sugar syrup must become thick.
- Now add ground nut powder, kaju powder, elachi powder one by one in the sugar syrup.
- When the mixture gets thicken then place that mixture in a plate where oil has applied.
- Let the mixture get thicken.
- Now cut the mixture into pieces.
- Garnish the pieces with kaju.
- Therefore, Ground nut Burfi is ready.
