American omelet
Ingredients:
Eggs – 2
Cold water – 3 spoons
Corn flour – ½ spoons
Pepper powder -1 Cup
Ajinomoto – 1 pinch
Onions – 1 Cup (Finely vertically chopped)
Capsicum and carrot – both ¼ cup
Tomatoes -2 (finely chopped and remove seed)
Mushrooms – 2 (finely chopped)
Salt – According to taste
Finely chopped coriander – 2Spoons
Oil – 2 spoons
Preparation of American omelet:
1.Take the eggs yolk into a bowl and beat them finely.
2.Now take cold water in a bowl and add ajinomoto and corn flour.
3.Now mix them finely and add this mixture to finely beaten eggs yolk.
4.Then again mix them finely by beating.
5.Now place non stick pan on the stove and let it get heated.
6.Then add 2 spoons of oil in it and then pour this eggs mixture in it.
7.After one minute, reduce the flame and then spread carrot, capsicum, tomato and mushrooms on the omelet.
8.Then sprinkle pepper powder, salt, coriander and then close it with a lid.
9.After 2 minutes, fold the omelet to middle and then off the flame.
10.Now place this omelet in oven and then heat it.
11.Therefore, American omelet is ready.
Corn halwa
Ingredients:
Corn flour – ¼ kg
Milk – ½ liter
Water – 1 cup
Sugar – ¼ cup
Ghee – 4 spoons
Kaju – 50g
Preparation of Corn halwa:
1.Take corn flour, milk, water, sugar in a bowl.
2.Mix them finely and then place it on the stove.
3.After some time stir it finely.
4.In few minutes the mixture becomes thick , then add ghee in it.
5.In the mean while in another bowl fry kaju by add ghee.
6.When the corn mixture get harden then off the flame.
7.Now pour this mixture on the plate where we applied ghee
8.Then cut it into your desired shape and garnish with kaju
9.Therefore, corn halwa is ready.
Ladyfinger and capsicum curry
Ingredients:
Lady finger – ½ Kg
Capsicum – 1/2Kg
Zeera – ½ spoons
Inguva/ Asafoetida – 1Pinch
Salt – according to taste
Chili powder – taste
Ginger paste – 1spoon
Green chili paste – 1Spoon
Turmeric – 1 pinch
Coriander seeds powder – 2 spoon
Zeera seeds powder – 2spoons
Finely chopped dry coconut -1/2 cup
Coriander – 2 bunches
Tomato – 2
Oil – ¼ cup
Preparation of Lady finger and capsicum curry:
1.Chop lady finger and capsicum vertically.
2.Now fry them in oil
3.Now place another bowl on the stove and add oil in it.
4.Let the oil get heated.
5.Then add Asafoetida/Inguva, turmeric powder, Zeera, zeera powder, coriander seeds powder then immediately add chopped tomato, Salt, chili powder, ginger paste, chili paste, chopped coconut.
6.Let them cook for 5 minutes.
7.Now add the fried lady finger and capsicum in it.
8.Then close it with a lid.
9.Reduce the flame and let the curry cook on for few minutes.
10.Garnish with coriander.
11.Therefore, lady finger and capsicum curry is ready.
Sabudana dosa
Ingredients:
Curd – 2 cups
Rice – 1 1/2cup
Barley seeds - ½ cup
Sabudana – ½ cup
Rice flakes – ½ cup
Fenu greek seeds – ½ spoon
Ghee – ¼ cup
Salt – according to the taste
Preparation of Sabudana dosa:
1.Finely wash rice, barley seeds, rice flakes.
2.In those , add curd, sabudana, fenu greek seeds and some water.
3.Let them soak for some time.
4.After 2 hours take the mixture to another bowl and add salt.
5.Now place a pan on the stove and add ghee to it.
6.Let the ghee get heated up and melt
7.Then pour the mixture on the pan as uthappam and close it with a lid.
8.After few minutes turn the it and add again ghee.
9.Therefore, sabudana dosa is ready
If we have this with the combination of coconut chutney the taste will be more amazing
Spinach Chicken
Ingredients:
Chicken – 1/2kg(boneless)
Oil – 1 spoon
Cinnamon– small Piece
Clove – 4
Elachi – 2
Onions – 2
Clove – 4Spinach – 4 bunch
Ginger garlic paste – 1 1/2spoon
Turmeric – 1 Pinch
Butter – little
Salt and chili powder – taste
Preparation of Spinach chicken:
1.Wash chicken thoroughly and cut into pieces.
2.Then add ½ spoon chili powder, little salt, 1 pinch turmeric powder and knead them finely.
3.Then wash spinach with water.
4.Let spinach boil for some time.
5.Then remove the water.
6.Now grind it finely paste.
7.Then place a bowl on the stove and add oil in it.
8.Now add Green chili paste – 1Spoon
Cinnamon, clove, elachi.
9.Let them fry for sometime
10.Then add onions
11.After some time ginger garlic plaste.
12.When ginger garlic paste completely fried then add spinach paste, turmeric powder.
13.Mix them finely and close it with a lid.
14.Let it boil for 5 minutes. Then addand garamasala in it
15.Let them get cook on small flame.
16.When the chicken completely gets cook then add butter on it and stop the flame.
Peas methi rice
Ingredients:
Rice – 2 cups
Methi – 2 bunches
Green peas – 1cup
Cinnamon – small piece
Clove – 7
Elachi – 1 spoon
Shajeera – 1 spoon
Chopped garlic – 1 spoon
Dry chili – 3
Salt – according to taste
Kaju – 10
Oil – 5 spoons
Ghee – 2 spoons
Pepper powder – 1 spoon
Preparation of peas methi rice:
1.Wash rice with water finely.
2.Then removewater and cook the washed rice without adding water.
3.Now take this cooked rice into a plate and add masala, pepper powder.
4.Mix them finely and let it cool for some time.
5.Now chopped methi leaves finely and keep it aside.
6.Then boil green peas in cooker and cook until 2 whistles.
7.Now place a wide bowl on the stove and oil .
8.Let the oil get heated.
9.Then add garlic pieces, Green chili paste, shajeera
10.Fry them finely.
11.Then add methi leaves, green peas and salt in it.
12.Then close it with a lid.
13.After some time, add cooked and cooled rice in it.
14.Mix them finely.
15.Then off the flame.
16.Therefore, Peas methi rice is ready.
