Ingredients:
Red Lentils - 1 cup
Salt - 2 table spoons
Safron - 1 Pinch
Finely chopped white onions - 1/2 cup
Olive oil - 2 table spoons
Cumin seeds - 1 spoon
Thin Noodles - 1/2 cup ( If you want to have protein food and it is better to avoid including these)
Lemon - 1
Preparation:
1. Take a bowl and add 5 cups of water in it.
2. Now add salt, olive oil, saffron, Onion and Red Lentils.
3. Now increase the flame.
4. Let the all ingredients in the bowl get cook completely , especially red lentils become soft.
5. Then add cumin seeds and noodles.
6. After 5 minutes off the flame.
7. Therefore, Red Lentil soup is ready.
