Menthi crispies
Ingredients:
Chana flour - 2 cups
Baking soda - 1/4 tea spoon
vaam - 1/4 tea spoon
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tea spoon
Oil - 1 table spoon
Chopped carrot - 1/2 cup
Green chili - 2
Ginger garlic - 1 tea spoon
Chopped fenu greek leaves - 1cup
Butter milk - according to need
Sugar - 1 tea spoon
salt - according to need
Oil - according to need
Preparation:
1. Take a bowl.
2. Add chana flour, Baking soda, vaam, turmeric powder, oil, chopped carrot, green chili, chopped ginger and chopped fenu Greek leaves.
3. Mix all these ingredients thoroughly.
4. Now add butter milk according to the necessity.
5. Spread the mixture like we do for chapathi with 1 inch thickness.
6. Then cut it into long size pieces.
7. Now take a bowl.
8. Add some oil in it.
9. Then fry these pieces until they change into golden brown in color.
10. Now take these on a serving plate with tissue paper spread to absorb the oil.
11. Therefore the methi crispies are ready.
