INGREDIENTS;
1) Peas - 1/2 cup
2) Any rice - 2 cups
3) Onion - 2
4) Tomato - 3
5) Ginger,garlic paste -1 spoon
6) Oil - 2 spoon
7) Butter - 2 spoon
8) Mustard seeds - 1 teaspoon
9) Briyani leaves - 1
10) Green chillies - 2
11) Chilli powder - according to taste
12) Coriender powder - 2 spoon
13) Garam masala - 2 spoon
14) Salt - according to taste
15) Turmeric powder -small pinch
PREPARATION
1) Take a bowl and any rice in it.
2) Now add water and soaked for 10 minutes
3) Then wash the rice thoroughly
4) Chopped 2 onions finely
5) Wash tomatoes and finely chopped
6) Take a cooker then add oil and butter
7) Let it heat for sometimes
8) Now add mustard seeds and briyani leaves
9) Let it fry for sometimes
10) Add ginger garlic paste and fry it
11) Then add chopped onions and green chillies
12) Fry finely onions and chillies until they get soften
13) Add cut tomatoes and finely fry
14) At the same time add chilli powder,coriender powder,garam masala and turmeric powder
15) Fry well untill they get soften
16) Then add peas and rice
17) Now add salt
18) Peas and rice 5 minutes finely fry it
19) Then pour 41/2 cups of water and close the lid
20) After 2 or 3 whistles allowed
21) Then 5 minutes after open the lid
22) Peas pulav is ready
Incase you want to garnish add coriender leaves, onion rings on the top of the dish
