Ingredients:
Fresh cream – 1 liter
Eggs – 12 (yellow yolk only)
Sugar -180g
Chopped ginger – 30g
Process:
Place a wide bowl on the stove and heat cream in it. Now add chopped ginger to it. After 10 minutes, off the flame and filter the mixture. Now add yellow yolk and sugar to the filtered mixture. Then the mix them thoroughly. Now again filter the mixture. Place this filtered mixture in oven vessel. Now take a big bowl of the oven and add 1 1/2cup water to it. Then place the vessel which is with the mixture in it. Now place the big bowl with the vessel with mixture in the oven. Now set the temperature for 170 degrees and bake it for 40 minutes. After 40 minutes place it in the refrigerator so that it gets cooled. After it gets cooled take it out of the refrigerator and sprinkle custard sugar on it. Therefore ginger cream magic is ready.
