Kimchi Salad
A Chinese recipe which is very nutritious and tasty also.
8-9 cups will prepare
It takes 25-30 minutes to prepare it.
Ingredients required
300 gram Cabbage
250 gram pineapple
200 gram beans
200 gram capsicum
2 big spoon of Ginger
For making Syrup
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp grated garlic
2 spoon vinegar
For Garnishing
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp white pepper powder
1 tsp soya sauce
2 big spoon tomato ketchup
1 tsp red chilli sauce (optional)
Method to prepare
Chop the cabbage in square pieces
Cut the pineapple in square pieces
Cut the beans and capsicum in pieces and also blanch them in hot water.
Chop the ginger in small match like sticks.
Add all the vegetables and pineapple in the big bowl also add sticks of ginger. Mix sugar and water and boil them for two minutes than add black pepper powder, chilli flakes, vinegar and grated garlic and remove is from the heat and add this syrup in the bowl mix it well than keep it aside for two hours. After two hours drain the syrup from salad with the help of sieve make it completely dry. Add all other ingredient for garnishing mix it well and serve it at room temperature.
