Herbed Cheese Spread
INGREDIENT:
- 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, at room temperature
- ½ cup (1 stick) butter, at room temperature
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- ¼ teaspoon dried dillweed
- ¼ teaspoon dried basil
- ¼ teaspoon dried marjoram
- ¼ teaspoon dried thyme
- ¼ teaspoon dried oregano
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon salt
PROCEDURE
Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth. Spoon
into a crock or bowl. Serve with crackers. This spread can be frozen for up to one
month.
