Veg Chilly Milly
Ingredients :
2 cups of finely chopped mix vegetables(cabbage,french beans,capsicum,onions)
1 boiled and mashed potato
50 grams panner(cottage cheese) mashed
1 tbsp mixture of finely chopped chilli,garlic & ginger paste.
1 tsp Black pepper powder.
2 tbsp schezwan sauce
1 tbsp bread crumbs
1 tbsp each maida and cornflour powder
oil for frying
salt to taste
Method :
Mix mashed potato , ginger chilli garlic paste ,salt ,black pepper powder ,schezwan sauce and mix vegetables.
Mix them well and leave it for 2 to 3 minutes.
Now add bread crumbs so that the mixtures becomes dry.
Now make round ball of the prepared mixtures and stuff it with paneer.
And give it a long shape like that of kebab or roll.
For Batter:
Add water and make a thick paste of maida and cornflour powder.
Now dip kebabs in these mixture (batter)
Semi fry the kebabs on medium flame then cut them into halves and again fry it till golden brown.
Now the kebabs are ready.
For garnishing :
Garnish it with grated cheese,long stripped cabbage and capsicum
serve hot with schezwan sauce.
Tips:
Place the kebab on tissue paper so that it will soak excess oil.
You can also garnish it with grated paneer.
