HOW TO PREPARE RASGULLA?
Who don’t like this rasgulla s, just by seeing them our mouth starts watering…..right?
Now make ras gulla s in your home. Just follow these simple steps;
Boil four cups of water. On other flame of gas boil four cups of water with one cup of sugar.
When milk starts boil, squeeze few drops of lemon. After adding lemon drops allow it to boil for two to three minutes.
Take a cloth and pour milk into the cloth, Drain the liquid, so panner kind is left in cloth.
Again wash with cold water to remove the flavor of lemon. Drain all water.
Now take that paneer into the grinder. Just for 10 seconds allow it to grind.
Now you will get fine paste .Make fine rolls in size you like to have.
Now, on other flame of gas you kept water with sugar, allow it to boil for 20 to 25 minutes in medium flame.
Now soak the rolls into the sugar syrup.
Keep them in pressure cooker till you listen to four whistles.
Remove, allow it to cool. Then keep in fridge.
