Ingredients:
• ¼ cup Corn Seeds
• 2 tablespoon oil or butter
• Salt to taste
Method:
• Take a big take a heavy-bottomed pan with a lid.
• Heat oil or butter in the pan. Oil or butter should not too little that the popcorn might burn and not too much that it will be too oily.
• Keep the flame to medium heat. When it’s just smoking, Add corn seeds.
• Quickly Place the lid on the saucepan. Make sure lid should not cover the pan completely. Keep the lid about ½ inch open.
• You will hear the corn seeds popping and hitting the lid of the pan.
• Shake the pan to avoid the popcorn from burning.
• When the popping stops remove pan from the burner.
• Put the popcorn in a bowl and add salt as per your taste.

• To make flavored popcorn, you can add different flavor like chili power, black paper, and turmeric in oil or butter.
• To make cheese popcorn combines cheese, salt, and black paper in a bowl. Put this mixture quickly after removing the pan from heat.
• Keep pan on medium heat and take enough oil or butter to pop all seeds properly.
