Ingredients:
1 onion(sliced)
1 tbsp corn oil
3 diced cucumbers
3c chicken broth
1 tsp. corn starch
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. sweet basil
1/2 tsp. beaumonde
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. dry vermouth
1 tbsp. sour cream
chives to garnish
Directions to cook:
Step1 Add the corn oil and sauté the sliced onions for about 5minutes.
Step2 now add the diced cucumbers.
Step3 blend the corn starch with little amount of cold chicken broth,add to cucumber and add rest of broth.
Step4 now add salt,pepper,basil and beaumonde.
Step5 allow to boil for about 15minutes in sim condition.
Step6 put in blender,blend and add lemon juice, sour cream.
Step7 when blended add vermouth.
Step8 while serving, garnish with chives.
