Ingredients:
1) Small Bunch of Spinach ( Chopped-Palak)
2)Chopped Coriander
3)1/4 cup water
4)2 Green chillies Chopped
5)2 Green onions Chopped
6)1 tbsp garlic chopped
7)1 tbsp flour(Maida)
8)1 tsp butter
9)1/2 cup milk
10)1 cup sour cream
11)1 Small cucumber chopped
12)Salt,Black pepper,Re Chilli powder(to taste)
Method:
1)In a microwave safe bowl add chopped spinach,onion and garlic in 1/4 cup of water and microwavefor 3-4 minutes at 100 % power.Drain out excess water if any.Keep it aside and allow to cool
2)In a blender mix cream,cucumber,salt,peppe,red chilli and refriginate
3)In another microwave safe bowl microwave butter at 100 % power for 30 seconds.Add flour and microwave for 2 minutes.Stir in between
4)Add milk slowly stirring it (till Thick) at 100 % Power for 2-3 mins to make a thick sauce.Stir in between to avoid lumps
5)When cool combine microwaved vegetables,chilled cream and sauce.Store it in refrigerator
6)Serve with chips,crackers,fish fingers and french fries
