Fat is something that spoils our overall appearance.
- It makes us restless
- It reduces our energy level
- It makes us feel out of place
- It puts us into embarrassing situatons.
- It spoils our self confidence
- It causes depression
- It makes us look ugly, pompous, out of shape and short
If it’s not burnt on time it sticks to our body permanently and becomes stubborn. Fat mostly hits our lower belly, neck, face, hips and thighs. In men, lower belly, face and neck are the most hit areas where as in women, hips, thighs and neck are the common areas effected by fat. Fat on our tummy or mainly on our lower abdominal area is very stubborn and it’s really very difficult to get rid of it. We work hard but we fail to get those desired results. We go to the gym, we do cosmetics, we spend on expenssive suppliments, we eat healthy food, we take appropriate rest but we still fail to lose our lower belly fat. In a country like India belly fat is a big concern and it is difficult to lose it but it is not impossible.
We can get rid of belly fat by:
- Avoiding saturated fat such as meat, eggs, chocolate, nuts, butter, ground beef, salmon, ice cream, cream, cheese etc
- Avoiding sugar such as carbohydrates, fruits, soft drinks etc. Sugar leads to obesity and diabetes which severely effects our heart and blood pressure
- Carbonated waters such as beer, soft drinks etc
- Sticking to home cooked food
- Running. A good run of at least ½ an hour not only flushes out toxins but it also reduces our weight.
- Doing proper weight training
- Eating at regular and appointed intervals
- Avoiding side meals
- Improving our life style
- Avoiding liquor
- Avoiding late nights
- Consulting a nutritionist and sticking to his advice
