Achieving six pack abs is never an easy task and never will be. Basically it depends on the body fat percentage you have. If you are really fat, then it will be a pretty hard work. 1. Anatomy: First of all know the anatomy of abdominal muscle. Every individual. slim or fat, has six pack abs. The problem is that these six packs gets covered with fat in the course of our life.
2. Reduce body fat: The body fat percentage should be around 8% for men and 12% for women to achieve six pack abs. This body fat percentage can be achieved by maintaining a proper diet, avoiding junk food and working out regularly.

4. Movie stars and magazines: Dont go behind those useless magazines which shows six pack abs of movie stars. The actors have to do it for a living. Their main aim is to show-off and reach to people and so they hire professional trainers with all the money that they have.
5. Exercise: Ab-building exercises are many. You can even google or see them in youtube. The problem is that you should do them continuosly, daily or alternatively because six packs are really difficult to get exposed.
6. Dont get disheartened: Dont get upset if you really cant get a six pack abs. Every individual is different, but aleast be determined to achieve proper fitness than being lazy and obese.
Achieving six pack abs is really a goal setting. Determination is what you need in getting it. Dont ever think that getting six pack abs is the ultimate fitness achievement, NO !
