Working out for hours in the gym, lifting really heavy weights is not the only formula to get into right shape.
Diet is the most important part of the fitness. First let us consider the carbohydrates which are recommended immediately after workout.
After workout one must consume 1.5 grams of carbohydrates per every kilogram of his or her body weight.
Some people try to completely cut down the consumption of protein during the day they are working out which is not correct; one must get atleast the minimum requirements per day.
Next protein is the most important requirement for the people who are working out. It is the main component for the muscle formation and also there recovery.
A person who is working out must consume one gram of protein per pound of his weight. For example if you are 148 lb then amount of protein that can be consumed could be up to 140 grams.
Also the essential fat should be consumed daily. There is no meaning in trying to cut off fat completely from the diet because your body expects some fat intake.
So, the amount of fat required should be half of your body weight in pounds.
For example a person who is 140 lb can consume up to 70 grams of fat per day. Finally the fiber should also be given properly to the body to keep the system correct.
If you have started working out, do it completely not just taking care of one part .
The time you wake up and time you go to bed is also a part of perfect workout.
So, don’t neglect even a small part of the work out. It looks small but effects big.
To stay fit:
Eat healthy.
Work out regularly and completely.
Sleep seven to eight hours daily.
