CALFS WORKOUT FOR GREAT LOOKING LEGS
Calves are the group of muscles behind the legs which are normally neglected. But they add a great look to your body shape if you tone them into good shape. These are some the workouts for those normally neglected muscles.
Calf Workout Routine#1
Legs Machine Press
Using a leg machine press position yourself as normally as you sit. Position yourself on the lower edge of the platform for better effect. Begin by pushing the platform with your toes. Hold the platform at the top and slowly return to the normal position to complete one repetition.
Calf Workout Routine#2
Seated Calf Raise
Position your self on a seated calf raise machine with your toes on the platform. Now by pushing your toes raise your heals lifting the weight and then slowly return to the normal position to complete one repetition.
Calf Workout Routine#3
Barbell Calf Raise
Stand in the area for the squat rack keeping the barbell on back side of your shoulder. Begin by pushing your toes onto the floor and raise your heel and slowly return to the normal position to complete one repetition.
Calf Workout Routine#4
Hack Machine Calf Raise
Position yourself as normally on a hack squat machine. Place your toes in such a way that they support the weight while your heals are hanging. Begin up pushing your toes and raise your heel and then slowly return to the normal position completing one repetition.
Calf Workout Routine#5
Dumbbell Calf Raise
Position yourself by standing straight with your legs shoulder width. Grab a dumbbell in each hand with your hands hanging by the sides. Begin the exercise by pushing your toes town and rising the heals and then slowly return to the normal position to complete one repetition and then repeat.
