When you are in job at a position in a company, you will be taking care of your responsibilities and formalities without fail. So that you will obtain good name and therefore, it gives good impression at your attitude. If you leave the company for changing to other company or for your personal reasons, while you resigning don’t be with negligence as you are leaving. Leaving the job without permission is not at all correct. Due to this, the good opinion on you will be loose.
When you decide to resign your job then you have to inform your higher officials as early as possible. You need to tell them the reason for your resignation but you should not blame others. Most of the people feel that informing about their resignation through phone or through their colleague may be enough. This is against the moral values and we should never go against moral values. Though you resign due to personal reasons, but some companies may not want to leave you as you are talented, skilled and good attitude person. So they won’t accept your resignation. So you need to be ready for such situations. You company people may offer you more salary as they want you to work for them because they don’t want to lose such a skillful person. So you need think and take decision which will be helpful for your future career.
When you are in the job and performing your responsibilities, your colleague may help you a lot. So before leaving the companies gifts them few gifts and thank them. Before leaving, it is good to complete the work given to you. It is not good to postpone the work and chitchatting as your are leaving. This kind of behavior may affect your conduct and future too.
