Examination time is the pressure time. This is the time when we have to learn lot’ve things in a short time span. It is a time when we have to learn and retain many things. Those who are smart succeed and those who fail to cope up in their preparation leaves land up scoring a bad grade. Scoring well in the exams is not a rocket science. It requires certain rules and regulations to be followed.
Some of them are as follows:
- Make a timetable. A timetable brings in descipline. It not only allows us to attend our daily activities but it also helps us in revising all the important topics.
- Study the smart way
- Understand the concepts.
- Stress more on the important topics.
- Spend time on writing the answers.
- Concentrate on the introduction of your answers.
- Get your answers checked by your teachers.
- Take a feedback from your teachers
- Edit your answers to maximize your scoring
- Do not forget to conclude your answers.
- Highlight the important points.
- Practise diagrams.
- Make short notes to remember the important points.
- Write while learning especially formulae, theorems, definitions etc
- Meditate. It relaxes our brain , increases our mental capacity, keeps our anxiety in control, makes us stress free and enables us to retain our lessons.
- Eat less. Heavy food makes us sleepy, restless and distracts our concentration. Avoid carbs, tea, coffee and oily foods. Eat fruits, have milk and be energetic.
- Keep your cool and avoid pressure. Avoid distractions such as movies, music, fights, arguments etc. and keep yourself focused.
- Avoid, a last minute study.
- A good sleep of at least 6-8 hours is also a must. A good sleep not only recharges our brain but it also helps us in learning and retaining more things.
- Laslty, a walk in the morning can do the wonders. A morning walk nourishes our brain, pumps in oxygen and sharpens our memory.
