their ideas and opinions.
Team work is esentialin in every sphere of life, whether it is playing a game of cricket or governing the country.
Nothing is possible unless all the members or participants work together as a whole.
Generally, for any team to be successful, there has to be good team leader. The leader should be able to
inspire the team spirit in the members of his team. He must be encouraging to all team members. He should be
able to make his members understand that the team comes first, and personal ambition should be pushed to
the background. An example, of excellent team work can be seen in the Orchestra. Here, too, if even the
entire song or musical composition is ruined.
An another example of excellent team work can be seen in the boat races of Kerala. It can be seen that all
those on the boat are rowing at exactly the same speed. No one is rowing faster or slower, or trying to be
better than others. If even one person does it, theboat will slow down and the race will be lost.
