Once upon a time there was a rich merchant . He loaded a sack of wheat on one side of his donkey. And thought that it would be balanced if I will load the sack of sand on the other side of the same weight .And It would make donkey comfortable and balance.And do the same. A man was watching him to do the same, and asked that why he is doing like it. Than foolish man replied him that he has loaded sack of wheat at one side of his donkey and for balancing it, loaded sack of sand having same weight on other side. Than the passerby advised him that it would be better if he divided the sack of wheat in two equal parts and load on the both sides. Than merchant asked the man that how much wealth he has. Nothing than myself- the poor man replied. Than merchant smiled and told him  not to talk with him and keep his fancy stories with himself. If I will take your advise than will become a poor man like you.   Moral of the story:  Fools are unwilling to take counsel.
