1. How to create userma,e, password & limited privildge ?
method 1:
steps :- 1. go to control panel
2. user account
3. create a new account
4. by using this, we can create username & give password to that user
5. also we can give limited working authentication.
method 2:
steps :- 1. My Computer
2. Right click -> Manage
3. Local User & group [ Maximaize it ]
a. users ( right click) -> new -> create user
b. group
4. If we want to give password to any create user then right click on that user, select " set to password " & then give
password to them.
2. SYSKEY
1. To enable syskey :
1. go to run
2. type "syskey"
3. update
4. click on password setup
5. give the password [ anything ]
6. ok
7. restart
8. It will ask for password [ at the time of op. ]
2. To disable Syskey :
1. go to run
2. type "syskey"
3. update
4. click on " syskey generated password"
5. then again click on ' store startup key locally'
6. ok
7. restart
8. after that , the syskey will be disable
3. Enable the security logs :
steps :-
1. control panel
2. administrative tool
3. Local security policy
4. Local policy [ maximize it means " open + "]
5. audit policy
6. then check box the security setting by anyone success or failure/both success ,failure
4. To view security logs :
steps :- 1. My computer
2. right click --> manage
3. Event viewer [ open '+' ]
4. then one by one see the status of Application, security & system.
5. here we can see the " log files' which are created while we are working on the computer.
5. Remote Desktop sharing :
steps :- 1. My computer-->right click--> properties
2. Remote
3. Check the "remote desktop" option
4.Apply & then ok
5. Go to start --? program/accessories/communication/remote desktop connecttion
6. a " box " appear
7. type the ip of that system who's desktop u want to take
8. connect
9. after that, another desktop will come on our screen.
6. Login through Telnet
steps : 1. go to run
2. type " services.msc"
3. enable the telnet
4. then go to cmd prompt
5. type telnet
6. telnet >0 192.168.1.1 [ ex]
7. then i can take the desktop& remote user.
7. Sharing folders
steps : 1. suppose that a folder name " teena" on desktop
2. Right click on teena
3. go to sharing7 security
4. then share the folder
5. apply 7 ok
6. then it is a shared folder
7. if any remote user want to take this sahred folder : go to run/type//192.108.1.1( IP ex) of that computer where we want
to take the shared folder
8. then easily i can copy & paste this shared folder on desktop.
