Sub: Application for Casual Leave
Sir,
It is requested that I may please be granted 2 days casual leave as I have to attend to my ailing father. My father is a heart patient and he needs to undergo various diagnostic scanning and tests that are required to be done periodically.
As such please grant me 2 days casual leave on 7 January 20010 to 8 January 2010.
It is to bring on records that I have finished all the day-today tasks and there is no pending job left. I have briefed my colleague Mr. Alok Kachchhwaha about a meeting with a client scheduled to be held on 7th.
