Interreg IV A North 2007-2013
Norrbotten operates the 2007-2013 Interreg IV A North program, the managing authority and certifying authority. The managing authority and certifying authority responsible for the effective and proper implementation of the program and to prevent irregularities and fraud. Three of the secretariat of the program, located in Luleå, Kiruna and Tromsassa two information centers in Rovaniemi, in Östersund, is toteuttamisorganisatioon. The purpose of this annex is to be the leading partner in terms of financing and as a basis for effective and smooth functioning of project implementation. 1. Publication of the beneficiaries
Regulation (EC) No 1828/2006 Article 7.2.d of the administrative authority for disclosure of all beneficiaries. These lists are published electronically or otherwise.
2. Information and publicity
Regulation (EC) No 1828/2006 Article 8 of the beneficiary is responsible for all activities related to the project, the public that the project is financed by the European Regional Development Fund to inform.
3. Responsibility of the Lead Partner

4. Changes in implementation
Lead Partner to inform the administration on how the program activities and the economic realities. Changes in the project (eg, holidays, delays, name and address changes, changes in the budget, so the cost of the project objectives, activities and funding of any changes or a combination of factors may affect the administrative authority to pay the aid to) place a written statement by the management authority. 5. Reporting and payment of the aid application

6. National Inspection
Each member comes with Regulation (EC) No 1080/2006, in accordance with Article 16, to appoint inspectors, responsible for the legality and accuracy of the audit costs, each participant has knowledge of the recipient. 7. Payment of grants
The aid is paid after the payment request is approved. 8. Eligible costs

9. The project documents, archiving

12. The duration of the project activities undertaken

13. Reimbursement

14. The right of inspection
