Freelance is a self employment. No need to go to interviews, get selected and join the office. It’s just self employment. No boss, no work pressure. You yourself is the boss and employee. In freelancing we direct deal with the client there are no mediators.

Actually freelancing is a job which is completely depends on trust. To work as a freelancer we should need good command on skills and confidence on you. But there are 2 drawbacks that is if the clients from other countries won’t pay us, we cannot do anything to get our pay and the other drawback is if there is no much requirement from the client then there will loss for the freelancers.

Freelancers receive their pay irregularly as their job depends upon the client’s requirement. If there is no requirement then there will be no projects. So for working as a freelancer we should we perfect in at least in 2 skills for managing the loss.

Now a day’s every person who are expert or good prefer to work as freelancers. There are many freelancing website available online. The clients who have best requirement, then the freelancers login the website and bid the projects according to the client’s budget. If the client is ok with the bid, then the work will be assigned to the freelancer who bid the project for working in the specified duration of time. Payment will be done according to the freelancers’ choice; most of the freelancers prefer PayPal for the payment.
