 Anil.,I often check it. By moving the cursor, it gives all about the member's performance details like answers, Status etc. Though not often, I found Blue dots instead of Red dots. Of course, it was immediately got corrected.

 

In this site everyone have individual status level, for example i am gold member, as we move forward and becomes experienced  our respect increases, so i think it is already there and no need to change anything

I am first time listening from you about red dots, I never saw it. Tell what is difference between status. As mine is diamond, you are senior than so yours is differ than me. Tell what is difference.
