I want to suggest birthday should be send to all member as PM on particular day? Like if today is birthday of x friend then everyone should recieve one pm message to wish them.

This is nice suggestion but what admin will say about this. :) :)

If all member will get message then this is good way to activate other members too.

This will not work for other members when birthday is there means that member who will login only will know the birthday other wise they dont know.

Already many of them are in sleepy dont know when they will come or not.

Instead of P.M., there may be one post by Maverick that so & so are awarded 25 points on birthday. This will suffice.

Admin will know who is active and not active if he send pm to active person he will be happy.

If all members can get 25 points, a notification can also be made in this forum.

It should be automated not by personal inerference. Timer contorl required to do this activity.

Yes... Yes there should be something like birthday reminder column.. I mean who's birthday is near is top on the list.. By this way no need of pm and everyone who see it can wish him / her.

My suggestion is that they should display the names of that particular member(s) having birthday on the home page. :)

Yes SJ.. And also we can have small column for the same on side bar (left or right).. Just like Today's Birthday..
