LOL.. Sanjeev  you keep appearing and disappearing once in a blue moon, so no wonder you have not been paid ...If you become active, write some articles, you will be eligible for payout in no time at all !

And in the new rules, activity is given utmost priority. Though it was there earlier too, now activity will be given prime importance.
