Fresh colourful fruits and vegetables are a beautiful sight, commonly seen in this season of the year. Health consultants highly recommend fruits and salads in their prescriptions and we take the best advantage of the availability of the range of variety in the markets. But how close we are to nature, when we are consuming these fruits is a very big question mark. Fruits and vegetables are known to be possessing antioxidant and anti-ageing factors.

Fresh fruits and vegetables are always good for health.
These can be taken as a whole fruit or juice, or as a salad.
The list of fruits we have:

1. Apple - good for blood production.
2.Grapes - Good for digestion
3.Grapefruit - Good for blood pressure, pregnant ladies
4.Banana - Digestion.
5.custard apple
6.Mosamber
7.Guva
8.papaya
9.Water melon
10.Pineapple

Deepti you are welcome , But its not grapes which are good for pregnant ladies. It is grapefruit. Grapes are different from Grapefruit.
When is the best time to eat fruit? I know it probably doesn't matter all that much, but if there is an optimal time for fruit consumption
The easily available fruits are also good. Consuming fruits in a daily basis improves the health. It should be fresh.
Fruits can be consumed at any time.But as Basheer mentioned it should be fresh. :) :)
