Danish police have arrested five people for allegedly plotting a terror attack on a Danish newspaper for publishing controversial cartoons of the Prophet Mohammed in 2005.

Denmark and Sweden authorities said that police conducted raids in many areas of Copenhagen. While four people were arrested in two raids, another one was held in Stockholm.
All arrested people belong to a militant Islamist group and they are linked to international terrorist networks too, said head of Denmark's PET security police.

Most of such attacks are mostly done by militant groups..i wonder why ?
