PLZ HELP ME ABOUT LIVER

hi frds plz help me if u can

i have Hepatomegaly science 3+ years. enlarge 23cm thn normal.i hav dignosed all Hepatitis A,B,C but negetive sigmoidscopy,ct-scan,LFT almost normal.i m not getting normal movment.natural movment(urge) is not happining.i feel stool in my intestine. i hav to puss stool but not getting complete evocation.i dont hav pain anywhere just feel some irritation in lower area of liver. using non faty low calorie diet, still my liver enlarging day by day. english medicine advised by doctor going to ruined my body so taking ayurwedic medicine this time i dont have liver cirrhosis.it's going to be.i am not geting proper dignose.i think m going to die.
any plz tell me wht i should do. whr i can get proper dignose.whr can i get right information any site or any other

If you are a student your college could help.....and search for some public welfare communities residing in your hometown......and also there are some valuable doctors who would do some surgeries for free......

P.S: I've no knowledge about your unhealthy conditions......sorry If my suggestion hurts you
