Railway Finance

Lalu Yadav had brought spectacular improvement in railway finance. It appears Mamata Banerjee has reversed the trend. Neither there is securiy nor good financial management. she is asking for stoppage of paying dividend to Central Government. The capital employed in railway is from people including those who do not travel on trains. why does Mamata Banerjee want to deprive them by not paying dividend to Union Budget.
