Blue Margarita
Ingredients
60 ml tequila
30 ml blue curaçao
2 tbsp lemon juice
Salt
Lemon slice
Method
Rub rim of cocktail glass with lemon juice.
Dip rim in salt.
Shake lemon juice, tequila and curaçao with ice.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish: Lemon slice.

Frozen Guava Daiquiri
Ingredients
60 ml light rum
4 tbsp guava juice
1 tbsp lemon juice
Method
Put all ingredients into a blender.
Blend for 10 to 15 seconds at low speed along with a cup of crushed ice.
Pour into a chilled wine glass.
Garnish: Lemon slice.
Frozen Peach Daiquiri
Ingredients
60 ml light rum
1tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup canned, sliced peaches
Method
Put all ingredients into blender along with a cup of crushed ice.
Blend at low speed for 10 to 15 seconds.
Pour into a chilled wine glass.
Mexicola
Ingredients
45 ml tequila
Coca-Cola
Lemon slice
Method
Pour tequila over ice cubes in a highball glass.
Follow with cola.
Squeeze in a few drops of lemon juice. Stir.
Garnish: Lemon slice.
Bridesmaid
Ingredients
60 ml gin
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp sugar
Dash of Angostura bitters
Ginger ale
Lemon slice
Method
Pour all ingredients except ginger ale and lemon slice into a highball glass filled with ice cubes and stir gently. Add ginger ale and lemon slice.
Frozen Matador
Ingredients
45 ml tequila
4 tbsp pineapple juice
1 tsp lemon juice
Method
Combine all ingredients with a cup of crushed ice in a blender. Blend at slow speed. Pour into a wine glass.

Rolls Royce
Ingredients
30 ml Cointreau or triple sec
30 ml cognac
2 tbsp orange juice
Method
Mix all ingredients with ice in a shaker or blender. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
