The air hostess added weight while in service and was dismissed. The court has reversed the dismissal order. At time of selection, all air hostesses are smart, pretty, cute and unmarried.
Air India had failed during the recruitment phase itself. Why they offered a job to a person who is suffering from air sickness?.

There is no indication in the news that she suffered from any sickness at the time of recruitment. She developed this sickness later.

Dismissing somebody is a very cruel action. It is obvious that she was no more suitable for air hostess job. Nobody can be retained in service for doing nothing. The air Line should have absorbed her in ground duty.
