French President Nicolas Sarkozy Saturday invited Indian students to study in France and offered to expand ties with Indian universities.

The invitation is welcome. Indian Muslim women will not be allowed Burqua. Sikhs will not be allowed turbans. But will Indians be allowed to wear dhoti and sari there. Let Sarkozy clarify this.
