TV journalist Barkha dutt has been acused of encroacing on privacy by sharing recorded tapes with certain politicians. Ho far the journalists are free to deal with information gathered.

The TV journalist would do well to report only to audience/ viewers in a transparent manner and not to disclose any information privately to some one.
