This is absolutely correct. Most of the diseases are cause by bad eating habits and irregular habits like late sleeping late rising etc. It is best to eat fresh vegetables and fruit, not to overeat and engage in physical activities. Also our attitude should be positive and the feelings of hatred, greed and anger be avoided. This is much will make us healthy and happy.
